2.) We have THREE votes to discuss ASAP. (Unless someone has any other ideas for topics . . .)

- One . . . drop the kicker position (vote yes to drop . . . no to keep)

- Two . . . Drop one FLEX position, but keep the same number of roster spaces. (Vote YES to drop . . . vote no to keep)

- Three . . . should we add high performance bonus scoring? I.E. Extra points if a RB goes over 100 yarda, 150 yards, 200 yards, etc. Same for WRs and TEs. Bonus for QBs over 300 yards passing, 350 yards passing, 400 yards, passing etc. We can also add bonuses for long plays. Such as a reception over 40 yards gets a bonus. A run over 40 yards gets a bonus, etc. (If this passes then i will immediately post a follow up question on the bonus structure)

3.) Since I am posing the draft order below via randomizer, when you make your first round pick you also need to post your vote before we get out of the first round. The next person CANNOT DRAFT UNTIL THE PERSON BRFORE THEM HAS ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS. You are alos free to answer the questions FIRST to speed things along. 

4.) Buy in the same as last year $50.00 bucks. Venmo, zelle or paypal are all fine. Y'all should have my info from last year.

With the Pro Bowl over . . .  we have the "soft start" with NO TIMER until after the super bowl. If you want to pick, go ahead. If you are thinking about a guy in the Super Bowl, then go ahead and wait. Despites Jeffys obsession with drafting as quickly as possible . . . there is no pressure. Once the Super Bowl is over, then there is a 24 hour clock in play. If you DO NOT pick within 24 hours, then just like the REAL NFL draft, you get skipped over until you post your pick. (So dont F it up)
