I don't know if Dreesen's value drops to nothing.  Tamme will be the 'move' TE mainly playing from the slot and Dreesen (who, you're right, is the superior blocker) will play on the line.  But I think that Manning should be good enough to utilize them both (ceilings: Tamme TE1, Dreesen TE2).

In 5 of Manning's 13 seasons (ignoring last season, his 14th), the Colts had 2 of the top 24 fantasy scoring TEs.  From 2005 on, it was the Dallas Clark show, with Tamme's season comming in 2010.

2004: Dallas Clark finished as the #11 TE and Marcus Pollard as #15

2003: Marcus Pollard finished as the #7 TE and Dallas Clark as #24

2001: Marcus Pollard finished as the #2 TE and Ken Dilger as #21

2000: Ken Dilger finished as the #7 TE and Marcus Pollard as #11

1999: Marcus Pollard finished as the #10 TE and Ken Dilger as #12

Those leagues that have multiple offensive sets and those that allow for an extra TE-flex should consider Dreesen at this point. I also contend that he shouldn't be dismissed outright in standard, single TE leagues as late round backup.  Not saying that he's a lock, but that he could be a TE2.
