Lynch was busted in Oakland on Saturday for DUI.  Bloodtest resulted in him being over the legal 0.08, but no reports yet of how far over he was.

Lynch is likely viewed as a "repeat offender" by the NFL/Goodell.  He was previously suspended for 3 games after pleading guilty to a weapons charge back in '09.  Before that he had his drivers license revoked for hitting a pedestrian and fleeing the scene.

The Seahawks must be thrilled with this after giving him a new contract (I wonder if there was any protective language?) just as early drafting FFLers who spent a 1st round pick on a guy who may (if found guilty) miss a quarter of the season.

As far as I have heard, the contract he received was conditional upon no run-ins with the conduct policy.  Lynch is toast.
