thought it would be easy to find a pic of him smokin' a joint in the M*A*S*H movie but it ain't

Never got to see Big Ben but I'm sure he was huge.

Closest I got to that, back in the late 80s dropped into an upscale bar one Fri afternoon w/my guitarist to grab a beer.  Place was mostly empty, buncha suits at a large table tucked in the corner.  We had the bar to ourselves.

Barmaid leaned over confidentially n' confides "Larry Csonka is supposed to be here over at that table, but I don't know which one he is."  He was an analyst back then n' likely in town to cover the Steeler game on Sunday.  We turned n' looked at a buncha middle-aged, balding guys n' one with his back to us that was at least a head taller n' twice as wide as anyone else sitting there.  I told her I couldn't say for sure but my guess was he was the big one…

On the other hand, met Mike Webster once n' he didn't seem to be much bigger than me…
